Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actress from America. After her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames in 1983 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known member of the group. Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is both an actress and an writer. Her movie career started in early 1980s when she starred as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured famous actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her success in a movie that she appeared in, the actress acted in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest film productions for high school of all time. Even though it had an budget of just one million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut took place on CBS Schoolbreak. In April 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she was a part of. Recent appearances of Sheedy includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which she appears in a cameo. Sheedy won numerous prizes in 2005 for her performances. She was also awarded with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
